Die Jaus Bakery GmbH ist eine Großbäckerei mit Sitz in Weißenhorn in Bayern. Die rund 250 Mitarbeitenden stellen auf vier Produktionslinien Schnittbrot, Hamburgerbuns, Baguettebrötchen und Premium Kleingebäcke für den Europäischen Markt her.
We would like to establish an internal cleaning team at our site in Weißenhorn, which is responsible for the cleanliness of our production facilities in order to maintain the quality of our end products at the highest level.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the professional cleaning and hygiene of our production facilities in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards (HACCP, IFS)
- Management of the cleaning team, including resource planning, training and further development of employees
- Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations
- Carrying out regular quality checks and documenting the cleaning results
- Cross-departmental collaboration to optimize cleaning processes
- Procurement and management of cleaning agents and equipment
- Creating and updating cleaning plans and protocols
